Literally the best Prime Rib I have ever had. From scratch soups are out of this world amazing and If you are lucky and still have room try the smoked apple pie you can’t be disappointed. This really is an amazing find, the people of Walker are fortunate to have such a fantastic place in their town.

I’ve had many people recommend Kula’s and finally decided to make a trip to see what it’s all about. There’s a large menu to accommodate everyone. They are known for their broasted chicken, pizzas, smoked meats, and sauces. Almost nothing includes a side, so keep that in mind when ordering. I got a broasted chicken breast, side of coleslaw, and waffle fries for about 12, which I feel like is a reasonable price. You’ll want to come hungry, or plan on bringing home leftovers. Everything we tasted was so good, it’s definitely going to be a place the family comes back to. The staff was very friendly and helped eachother to cover all of the tables and bar. We got our food really fast and we also didn’t have to wait long to have our checks rung up.

Owners and staff are awesome. Best food and coldest beer around. Saturday night special this week was BBQ ribs. The portions were very generous. Ribs falling off the bone with a coating of the house sauce. Add some smoked beans, party potatoes and cornbread with honey. Supper yummy Looked like it would be a sellout again

We had the best food and the best service! Draft beer in an iced mug. Delicious smoked wings in great buffalo sauce. Smoked prime rib with a soft pillowy baked potato. All the sauces/dressings that we tried were excellent. Lovely creamy slaw. Wonderful chicken soup and desserts to die for! From today on I will be a regular. Our server Ali was the absolute best!!!!

Excellent food, excellent service. Had the grilled pork loin sandwich, broasted chicken breast and fries, Texas Tator (pictured), and six bone-in smoked wings (pictured). The up-spiced bbq sauce was just right (recommended by our super-nice waitress). The smoked peach pie was tasty, as well. Well worth the short drive from Cedar Rapids or Waterloo.

I've found another Diamond in the rough! Kula's is a BBQ joint with some hidden treasure your tastebuds would love! On my first visit i had a great experience of meeting the staff and the proprietor of this establishment. All I'm gonna say is... Get out there and try em!! You won't regret it!

Friday night my son and myself went for smoked wings. The wings had so much meat and the skin was so crispy. I had them in the Wing Zing sauce my son had original bbq sauce. We each had a side. Absolutely great service. The owner even brought out some smoked bratwurst he had just pulled off. Definitely going back for Prime Rib and scotch eggs another time.

YUM! We went to Kula’s for the first time last night and got their Iowa chops. For 23 we got a chop, cheesy vegetables, a baked potato and a dinner roll. The chops were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Honestly, the best chop my boyfriend or I have ever had. We even ended up buying two bottles of their BBQ sauce because it was so good. The service was also great. They were busier since it was a Saturday night, but our waiter still checked on us several times and anytime we asked for something he got it to us quickly. The rest of their menu looked really good and we’ll be definitely be going back to check out their smoked chicken wing flights.
